SCTA President Katie Martin Honored as Junior Tournament Organizer of the Year

We are incredibly proud to share that our very own SCTA President, Katie Martin, and her organization, Acers Tennis Club, have been recognized by the USTA for outstanding contributions to junior tennis.

Setting the Standard for Excellence. The USTA named Acers Tennis Club the Junior Tournament Organizer of the Year. This prestigious award is not given lightly; it honors organizers who have demonstrated consistency and excellence. To qualify, Katie’s team hosted multiple junior tournaments throughout 2025 and, most impressively, maintained an average rating of 95% or higher across more than 20 customer reviews.

A Leader Who Delivers. This recognition is a testament to the high standards Katie brings to everything she does. Whether leading the Acers Tennis Club or presiding over the Sonoma County Tennis Association, her commitment to creating positive, high-quality experiences for players—especially the next generation—is clear.
